Blums doesn’t look it but he's got close to 20 years experience in internet, mobile, and technology having worked for and with companies in 6 of the world's 7 continents (Blums is still looking for clients in Antarctica -- he is tenacious). Blums brings a hybrid perspective and results orientation to the challenges and opportunities in these fast-moving spaces. Must be because he is all of the following: battle-scarred GM/operator, strategic consultant, venture capitalist and dealmaker, and crystal ball. Needless to say, he knows his stuff when it comes to our business, and his areas of specialization at Exicon includes mobile and internet strategy, mobile advertising, mobile money, online TV and video, digital content business models, and 4G. Don’t get him started on CSR and socio-sustainability though, as he is quite passionate about that as well, right up there with Antarctica.
Some of the things Blums has done before Exicon and Antarctica…
- VP and a member of the Management Committee at Globe Telecom, the SingTel and Ayala owned telecom operator in the Philippines. Blums headed the 3G and wireless data product business for Globe, launched and monetized Asia-Pacific's first 3G/3.5G network and business, and made it the the fastest growing business unit in the company.
- Principal at Booz Allen Hamilton/ Booz & Company based in the U.S., specializing in internet, communications, media & entertainment, and information technology strategy and innovation
- Part-time sports car racer and high-speed motorsports instructor for BMW USA
- Full-time student, finishing his MBA with Honors, University of Chicago Graduate School of Business

Ogilvy & Mather
After a couple of decades in the industry, Peachy has held Advertising, Direct and Interactive Creative Director positions, won several local and international awards, and eventually, became Ogilvy Manila's 360 Executive Creative Director.
She expanded her personal care, beauty and food experience beyond Philippine shores when she became Ogilvy's Regional Creative Director for Kimberly Clark AP, Grey Worldwide's Regional Creative Director for Pantene AAI and JWT's Regional CD for Knorr Asia.
She returned to Ogilvy Manila in March 2008 as 360 Planning Director and has subsequently been appointed Talent Leader as well. It is a challenging time to be learning a new discipline, training and developing the agency's multi-disciplinary talent but she did say the reason she came back was to steep herself in Ogilvy's rich teaching and learning culture.
Today, she heads Ogilvy & Mather Advertising as Managing Director and continues her role as Planning Director on most brands.
This artist's wife and mother of three obtained her Bachelor of Fine Arts from the University of the Philippines. Drawing people the same way she draws soda bottles, she decided to tip the employment odds in her favor by becoming a copywriter instead. Now she dreams of adding flower arranging to her current skills.
